Sleep Mantra – How to work at night and still stay healthy

A lot of times due to various reasons like work pressures or late night shifts, there is a lack of sleep and rest.This results in a lot of issues like acidity, headache, hairfall, fatigue, acne, etc.  There is a way in which you can work late nights and do night shifts without it affecting the body at all.
This is known as the sleep mantra. Using this method you can totally avoid the negative effects on health and work late as well.
